  1. Addy I love this, you have done an outstanding job on it, love the color you have placed and those mix match chairs are super cute, wonderful idea! Great Creation, Rec’d!

  2. So beautiful and complete! ♥ It offers much for sims to enjoy and improve their skills. The garden looks very cheerful with all those colored flowers ♥

    • Thank you again for letting me do this, it was fun. I think I used that pack for the laundry requirement but not sure if I used anything else from it. I’m sure you already know this but if you download and don’t own something, the game replaces it … can be mighty humorous at times. LOL

      • I might use this for my 100 baby challenge if you only used the washer and dryer because I can replace the washer and dryer with the one from University yesterday I tried to find a nice house for my legacy challenge but almost everything on the exchange used ambitions and if tried to download any of the houses there was refrigerators in the bathrooms

      • The following items are from ambitions:
        Exterior siding
        Exterior sign
        Workshop door
        Workshop window
        Workshop inventing bench
        Workshop sculpting station
        Workshop wall tools & hose
        Portable Gnubb set
        Laundry counter
        Washer & Dryer
        Laundry accessories
        Hamper
        Walk-In Closet clothing rack
        Bedroom makeup case
        Bedroom mirror
        Bedroom chair
        Bedroom curtain
        Ceiling Lights
        Floor Light
        Kitchen paper towel & soap
        Family Room chair
        Family Room loveseat
        Dining china cabinet
        A&C Room shelf
A&C Room drafting table & stool
        A&C room mannequin
        A&C Room case board
        Living Room locker

Sorry! It’s a lot more than I thought. Will send you a pm.

  3. Yay for finishing it on time! I forgot about the play gnubb game. It’s a great house for a family with lots of kids. You could do a 100 baby challenge here. Beautiful house!

  4. This creation is so beautiful – beautiful, All around from the inside, to the wonderful play ground and landscaping!
I love that you brought the 2 challenges together !

    ” WOW ” !!

    ( Standing ovation )

  5. Very, VERY nice Addy! It would be wonderful for a legacy also. I could change one of the nurseries to a children’s room. Perfect!

    • Thank YOU! ♥
I agree, this would work well for a legacy game. Changing one room into a children’s room with bunk beds plus a single bed would be easy enough to do! Enjoy 😀

  6. These are some really nice colors. I like the outside color and the garden looks amazing. It seems like there is a theme going for the inside room colors as well, very well done.

Thank YOU for reading & leaving a comment. Both are awe-sim!!!
