Gina celebrated by treating herself to some chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream. Yum!
Gabby is athletically inclined and was thrilled that she could start working out. We have stereos and a large TV plus workout equipment. I have to try them all!
Grandma Alice pulled Grace aside.
Grandma Alice: “Grandpa & I always knew that we wanted to be together. What we had was truly special and even though we might not share any more sunsets, I know that he is still watching over me… over us… in his own way.” A sad, but sweet smile formed and she continued talking, “We always believed that there is someone truly special for you as well. Here is a little something that might help you with this.”
Grace: “Thank you, Grandma. This means so much to me!”
Grace opens it and sees an odd colored potion safely nestled inside the box. “What is this?”
Grandma Alice replied, “If things are right, all will be revealed and then you will know. If it isn’t meant to be, then it will simply be a fun little décor item” and then she pulled Grace in for a big hug.
Grace held the bottle and stared at its contents.
“I admit it… I don’t have a single clue as to what I should do.”
At this time her IF, Justin, came walking up and enthusiastically gestured at the stoppered container. Grace handed it over and waited to see what he would do…
Before she could say or do anything, Justin drank it all down in one long chug.
Grace: “Oh, no! Justin! I don’t even know what it is or what it is supposed to do and now it’s all gone…”
Grace stopped in mid-rant as a bright light and bubbles swirled around him…
“Ooh… pretty! All this needs is some music and a disco ball!”
When the effects went away, Justin looked different. Way different. Better, even.
“Justin! You’re real!”
Justin smiled and said, “Yes, I am… thanks to you and your wonderful grandparents! Come here, there is something I have been wanting to do ever since your Grandpa passed on.” Justin pulled her in for a hug and let her cry on his shoulder. “It’s okay, I’m here for you. Always.”
When Grace pulled away, she saw Justin in a whole new light and started to blush…
… and apparently the feeling is mutual.

It could have been awkward if Grace did not fall for Justin.
Well… what I think is awkward is that she did the action “cry on shoulder” which is available during mourning period and the mutual attraction resulted.
I wasn’t planning on starting their romance immediately, but the game must have sensed that was my hope for them (got idea as soon as I saw roll: Hidden Heritage) and got things going in that direction.
Lovely to see young love 🙂
Yes it is!
